Goanna Ag today announced David Spence would be taking the helm of the growing Agtech business. Alicia Garden, Chief Executive Officer of Goanna Ag, said "We are delighted to have David join Goanna Ag's board bringing with him a wealth of expertise in the fields of technology and telecommunication. The roll-out of a telecommunications grade LoRaWAN network across regional Australia is a key strategic objective for Goanna Ag. David's expertise in these fields will be vital in assisting us successfully achieve these goals."
"David also brings with him a wealth of Corporate Governance expertise. He currently holds the position of Chairman of Paypal Australia as well as being Founder and Chairman of the National Narrowband Network of Australia." she said.
David replaces outgoing Chairman Nick Burton-Taylor AO who had been Chairman of the company since inception.
